नमस्ते In Hindi is used for Hello and Bye both. It can be used anytime of the day.
It is very productive word which has several meaning in Hindi. Meanings depend on the contexts. Informally, ठीक can be used for "good" too.
क्या literally means "What." It is also used to make a yes/no question. You can add क्या at the beginning of any affirmative sentence and that sentence becomes a yes/no question.
कृपया is a formal word. In conversational Hindi, people use थोड़ा/ज़रा for please.
क्या हाल है? is an informal way to say "How are you?" In formal Hindi, people use "आप कैसे(M)/कैसी(F) हैं?"
