This book is the culmination of many years’ research, learning, teaching, writing, and revising with feedback from peers and students alike. When deciding whether or not to make this book open, we realized that by doing so we were giving every financial management student a scholarship and every small business financial manager free tools to grow a better business. We decided that using an open license would give this book a broader reach to help more people.
