Let us review some of the concepts we learnt in the last chapter.
“To be” In Tamil
The word இரு means many things. “To be”, “to stay”, “to remain”, “to wait”, “to sit”, and “to have”. It is also used as an auxiliary verb and to express progressive tense and perfect tense. It is used as a suffix for dative and locative cases also.
