Scaling Up Text of a Specific Language

In the case of Intermediate Persian, the author wanted the Persian text scaled up in size for readability. This can be done through the use of the lang() built-in CSS pseudo-class. Every piece of text tagged as Arabic or Farsi will have its font-size scaled up by 130%.
