By the end of this unit you will be able to:

• talk about your own daily schedule and those of others
• indicate on what days and at what times people do various activities
• understand and explain what forms of transportation people are using
• understand and talk about some free time activities

To achieve these outcomes, you will learn this information about the language:

1. words for days of the week
2. using в + accusative to indicate on what day something happens
3. constructions for telling time on the hour and saying at what time
4. new verbs for daily activities (getting up, taking a shower, etc)
5. answering the question куда? (“where to?”) to express going to destinations
6. using идти or ехать to distinguish going by foot versus by vehicle
