بیمار سلام آقای دکتر، خَسته نباشین (نَباشید)
دکتر سلام خانم، بفرمایید. مشکلتون (مشکلتان) چیه (چیست)؟
بیمار آقای دکتر یک هفته است که سرفه و عطسه می کنم و گلویم خیلی درد می کند
دکتر تب دارین(دارید) ؟
بیمار فقط چند روز اول تب داشتم.
دکتر چیزِ مُهمی نیست.نِگَران نباشین (نباشید). اِحتمالاً آنفولانزا گرفتین (گرفته اید). حالا اول من فِشارِخونِ شما رو (را) می گیرم و بعد هم براتون (برایتان) چند تا قرص می نویسم. اگر قرصها رو بخورین (بخورید)، زود خوب می شین (می شَوید). شما به دارویی آلرژی دارین (دارید)؟
بیمار نه من به هیچ دارویی آلرژی ندارم
دکتر خیلی خوب. آب میوه و ویتامین سی هم برای شما خوبه. اگر خوب استراحت کنین(کنید) چند روز دیگر بهتر می شین(می شَوید)
بیمار خیلی ممنون
دُکتر من یه (یک) قرص براتون می نویسم که روزی سه بار بعد از غذا باید بخورین (بخورید) و یک شربت هم می نویسم که هر شب قبل از خواب باید بخورین (بخورید). بیمه دارین(دارید)؟
بیمار بله من بیمه ی (یک)دانشجویی دارم
دکتر چه خوب. پس این دارو برای شما خیلی گرون (گران) نیست. حالا اگر شما به داروخانه نزدیک مطب برین (بروید)  می تونین (می توانید) داروهایتون رو(دارو هایتان را) بگیرین(بگیرید)
