Finding where people are from by using ག་ནས། (from where) and using ཡང་། (also).

Use the audio and practice the following sentences.

1. ཁྱེད་རང་ག་ནས་ཡིན། Where are you from?
2. ང་བོད་ནས་ཡིན། I am from Tibet.
3. ཨ་ནི། ཁྱེད་རང་ག་ནས་ཡིན། And where are you from?
4. ང་ཡང་བོད་ནས་ཡིན། I am also from Tibet.
5. ཁྱེད་རང་བོད་ག་ནས་ཡིན། Which part of Tibet are you from?
6. ང་བོད་ལྷ་ས་ནས་ཡིན། I am from Lhasa, Tibet.
7. ཨ་ལས་རེད་པས། Oh, I see! Is that right?
