The question form should be: what is the time now?
- ఇప్పుడు సమయం ఎంత?
- ఇప్పుడు టైమ్ ఎంత?
Time is also very common in everyday usage.
- Question: ఇవాళ ఏ వారం? (What is the day today?)
- Response: ఇవాళ ఆదివారం. (It’s Sunday today.)
