Structure of a Sentence in Future Tense Negative

In this part, we learn about using future tense negative. The structure of a sentence in future tense follows this paradigm:

Subject + object + verb infinitive + subject suffix.

For instance:

నేను + సినిమా + చూడ + ను = నేను సినిమా చూడను.

చూస్ + తా = చూస్తా.

నేను సినిమా చూడను.

If you want to specify the time, the same sentence goes like this:

నేను రేపు సినిమా చూడను.

Note

1. It’s always better to specify time when using future tense.
   • నేను ఈ వీకెండ్ ఫోన్ చేయను.
2. Please note that feminine gender has a totally different future tense marker and subject suffix.
   • అమ్మ ఈ వీకెండ్ ఫోన్ చేయదు.
   • రేపు నేను ఫోన్ కొనను.
   • సిరి రేపు కొత్త ఫోన్ కొనదు.
