Structure of a Sentence in Future Tense Positive

The structure of a sentence in future tense follows this paradigm:

Subject + object + verb base + future tense marker + subject suffix.

For instance:

నేను + సినిమా + చూస్ + తా + ను.

చూస్ + తా = చూస్తా.

నేను సినిమా చూస్తాను.

If you want to specify the time, the same sentence goes like this:

నేను రేపు సినిమా చూస్తాను.

Notes

1. It’s always better to specify time when using future tense.
   • నేను ఈ వీకెండ్ ఫోన్ చేస్తాను.
2. Please note that feminine gender has a totally different future tense marker and subject suffix.
   • అమ్మ ఈ వీకెండ్ ఫోన్ చేస్తుంది.
3. All -న్- ending verb bases use టా or టు as a future tense marker.
   • రేపు నేను ఫోన్ కొంటాను.
   • సిరి రేపు కొత్త ఫోన్ కొంటుంది.

For instance:

1. అమ్మ ఈ వీకెండ్ ఫోన్ చేస్తుంది.
2. సిరి రేపు ఫోన్ కొంటుంది.
