2.4 Introductions and Formal Conversations
In this part, we learn about making formal conversations and introductions. We begin with simple introductions. In Telugu, the formal greeting is “namskaaram” నమస్కారం: a variation of namaste in Hindi. Of course, “namaste” నమస్తే is also very common in Telugu. However, “hello” or “hi” are common among the new generation speakers both in formal and informal settings.
